Kiauna river

River Kiauna goes through Labanoras woods, swamps and fields. You won’t be bored, from time to time you can find some fallen trees. You’ll pass Stirninė, Jakutiškis, Vasiuliškė, Žvirbliškė villages. When you pass a concrete bridge, which connects Ignalina and Molėtai roads, you’ll need to swim 2 km more to enter Gilūtas lake. Keep on the left shore for 500 m until you see outflow of the river to another lake Sekluotis. It is a shallow lake and just after 300 m on your right you’ll see another outflow of the river. After passing Kuliai village and concrete bridge there will be only 2 km left to Žeimena river. When you enter the river turn left upstream and after 1 km of rowing you’ll find a concrete bridge, after it on your left you can stop and finish your trip.
